    Need openMotif?

    To compile these yourself, you will need some openMotif package installed on your system. For systems that use RPMs you will need
      openmotif-2.X.X.X-X.i386.rpm
      openmotif-devel-2.X.X.X-X.i386.rpm

    The first RPM, the runtime libraries, may have been loaded when you installed your system. The second, the development RPM, may not have been loaded. If you can't find them on your distro's CDs, they can be downloaded from the MotifZone website.

    RPMs for Fedora, Mandrake, RedHat and Suse can be found on the download page at the Motif Zone site.

    Debian has three deb files for openMotif - libmotif3, libmotif-dev, and motif-clients. You probably only need the first two. They can be found here
